O’Connor Law has defended numerous civil rights claims at all phases of litigation: jury trial, critical motions (summary judgment, dismissal, bifurcation, etc.), pleading, discovery and settlement. O’Connor Law has obtained favorable results in numerous cases. O’Connor Law’s attorneys also have successfully prosecuted a number of plaintiff’s civil rights cases.
