Meyer & O’Connor, LLC obtained the dismissal of a civil rights lawsuit in federal court. The district court dismissed with prejudice the plaintiff’s claims under sec. 1983 for deprivation of the right to equal protection (“class of one”) and deprivation of the right to substantive due process. The district court declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff’s state law claims, which the district court dismissed without prejudice. Timothy P.
