In November 2010, Meyer & O’Connor issued its Quarterly Update for the Third Quarter of 2010, which focuses on some of the perils of conducting privileged communications by email, specifically how to properly describe an email string on a privilege log and the danger that wide dissemination of such emails may make it impossible to later successfully assert privilege with respect to such emails.
