AS PART OF JOINT DEFENSE, MEYER & O’CONNOR, LLC HELPS DEFEAT § 1782 APPLICATION BY TURKISH GOVERNMENT

As part of a joint defense involving a number of law firms, Meyer & O’Connor, LLC helped defeat an application by the Turkish government under 28 USC § 1782 to issue a number of subpoenas for the production of documents or depositions.
